Pursuant to Puget Sound Air Pollution Control Agency (PSAPCA) Regulation I, Section 6.06 and WAC 173-400-091, notice is given that Tsubota Industrial Supply Co Inc has filed a request to limit emissions of those hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) listed in Section 112(b) of the Federal Clean Air Act to less than 9.9 tons of any single HAP, less than 24.9 tons of all HAPs combined, and to limit emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) to less than 99.9 tons during any 12 consecutive months.

Preliminary determination

PSAPCA has completed a review of Order No. 7679 and has made a preliminary determination that the proposal meets all the requirements of Regulations I, II and III, and WAC 173-400-091 and should be approved.

The application and the information considered in making this preliminary determination are on file and available for inspection at PSAPCA's office located at 110 Union Street, Suite 500, Seattle, Washington, telephone (206) 689-4011. You may also download the draft order here.
